- We are against intolerance in all its forms. This includes discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sexuality, disability or gender. Intolerance to others within or outside of the group in relation to these types of characteristics is not welcome in the group.
- Where ITFC become involved with a person or body that can be seen to threaten tolerance and diversity, or to encourage discrimination on any of the bases mentioned above, we will take a position on this and make the club aware that it is unacceptable.
- We exist to ensure that ITFC hear an independent fan voice or set of voices that are not at the behest of the club, or liable to be threatened by its hierarchy. As a group, we will remain independent from ITFC to retain objectivity in all matters relating to the club.
- Affordability for the fan in terms of the match-going experience and other expenses involved in being an ITFC fan are a core issue for the group, and we will seek to make it known to the club where we believe fairness for ITFC fans has been compromised in relation to financial matters.
- We will operate on the basis of broad rather than absolute consensus, going with the majority viewpoint in the group in statements, actions and communications with the club or through website/social media. However, we will remain mindful that we may need to compromise on statements or actions where group members outright object to a broad consensus.
- To manage time and availability constraints, we will delegate tasks and communications to different members. We will not always reach out to every single member of the group for lower-priority issues.
